Lead by Tim Wheeldon, Zeal Hotels acquire strategic hotel sites, developing the hotels and maintaining ownership of the assets, either outright or take the form of a joint venture with appropriate partners. The current portfolio includes Holiday Inn Express, Bridgwater and Ibis Hotel, Bridgwater. Plans have been submitted to East Devon District Council to develop a sustainable hotel at Exeter Science Park under the Zeal Hotels brand. The 142-room hotel will be the first of many sustainable Zeal hotels to open around the UK.
